Currently there is no exact component that lets you set up multiple pages within a single view and swipe to browse.
But I can imagine you could build something similar by just writing some clever JSON markup. Or you could also write an extension.
This is unrelated to the tech side, but just my two cents. Normally:
1. Users almost always never read through those, so you shouldn't really rely on those screens.
2. If you need an explainer like that in order to teach your users how to use the app, then you've already failed. Users should be able to pick it up and just use it without those screen
3. If you REALLY need to explain things, it's best if you do them inline in the app. For example, instead of making all the buttons ambiguous icons and having to teach users what each icon stands for, explicitly label them with text so people know what they are.
Anyway this is why I never use those explainers in my apps (I try hard to make the apps simple and intuitive by design so people can pick it up and use them without any instructions), which is why jasonette didn't ship with this module. But like I said, this is subjective and you could implement this with JSON or native extensions.
