Currently there isn't a way to do something like this on iOS(but probably should work if you use
html component on Android).
We will probably improve the
html component on the iOS in the future (right now it only displays HTML content in an emulated manner, but doesn't react to clicking hyperlinks, etc.), in which case you should be able to use HTML to link to another view, but at the moment it's not high priority.
What I would recommend is just make the entire cell clickable and use
href to make it look clickable. Or you could rearrange the texts in a vertical layout (and maybe do some alignment) so people can click the last line to view more. Or you could create a button to communicate that it's clickable. For example:
This is a sample paragraph text for testing.
Some text at the end of this paragraph will be
a hyperlink to another page with more details.

TLDR: You could use
html component to do something like this on Android (but not on iOS). We hope to implement this on iOS as well in the future, but for now please try to implement this using existing native components.
